Dear Neighbor,

The City of San Jose Planning Division and Whole Foods Market would like to invite you to a community meeting about a proposed development in you area (see map). Planning staff will be facilitating the meeting, providing you an opportunity to learn about the proposal and get answers to your questions. We are very interested in your input on this proposal and encourage your attendance at this meeting. We will consider all comments during our evaluation of the proposal.

Proposal: The applicant proposes a Planned Development Permit (File No. PD12-017) to allow a 33,520 square foot grocery store (Whole Foods) with off-site sales of alcohol on a 2.19 acre site in the A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District located on the northwest corner of The Alameda and Stockton Avenue.
