D6 Planning & Land Use

The City of San Jose Planning Division would like to invite you to attend a community meeting on the Planned Development Zoning process for the proposed Ohlone mixed use development (File No. PDC08-061) for the 8.25 gross acre site located at the southwest corner of West San Carlos and Sunol Streets, submitted by Green Republic LLLP
The Planned Development Zoning will establish Development Standards for the site; including but not limited to height, setbacks and parking. We look forward to hearing ideas from the surrounding community. This project will provide residential and mixed-use space as well as a new four-acre park and other sustainable pedestrian amenities in San Jose's Midtown Planned Community.
We encourage you to attend the upcoming meeting to see more about the Ohlone and give your input on the Planned Development Rezoning for the site. Representatives of the development team and the City of San Jose Planning Division will be participating.
Join us at The City of San Jose Planning Division facilitated Community Meeting for the Ohlone Mixed Use Project on May 4th at 6:00 PM Korean Palace 2297 Stevens Creek Blvd.
