Also: regarding: Council Agenda Item 10,1 (e) : The GP Text Amendment regarding "minor exceptions" :
We're asking that this text, below, be adopted at Dec 1, 2009, Council Meeting:

Chapter 4, Goals & Policies, page 61
Commercial Land Use Policies
" On sites or areas that the City has designated for intensification for economic development purposes, there may be some unique challenges to the existing development standards of the Zoning Ordinance. Such modifications should be determined through the development permit process, with full Community Outreach, in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance, or by City Council Resolution."
