Matter Summary:Prezoning real property located on the east side of Sunol Street

During the City Council meeting on 9/15/2009, Core Affordable Housing, LLC asked for and was given a one week deferral for the proposed prezoning to be heard before council.  Our deferral request was a direct result of neighborhood stakeholders - both residents and businesses, adjacent landowners, planning commissioners and interested parties’ feedback on substantial issues that remained unresolved regarding our proposed Affordable Housing/Mixed Use project.
Your comments and participation   are  welcome and essential in ensuring we build a project at this location that meets the needs of the community, both now and in the future. As such, you are  invited to participate, attend and actively engage in substantive roundtable discussions on how to make this project better.  Attend all, one or as many as your busy schedules will allow.
